The Group Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition team at Accelleron is looking for a committed and team-oriented intern, who is ready to work in an exciting and challenging environment. You will support different initiatives of Employer Branding and Recruitment globally – an exciting and unique journey!

Your responsibilities:
Based on our global Employer Value Proposition, support in developing further target-audience specific Employer Branding concepts and initiatives
Develop/conceptualize HR Marketing and Employer Branding material, brochures, documents, and ads for Accelleron.
Be a partner for the business in terms of Swiss Campus Marketing, Careers events, the Unitech program and employee initiatives, liaise with business stakeholders to enrich our offering for students and graduates (e.g., internships, thesis opportunities)
Support and refine the Social Media strategy for Careers, develop and implement ideas for campaigns. Write creative, persuasive copies for various social media platforms (in collaboration with the Communications department)
Support the development and population of strong talent pools of prospects for various roles
Monitor and manage our HR group email inbox and related email communication.
Support with administrative tasks in the recruitment process
Support performance measurement and reporting
Your background:
A well-defined interest in HR work, Recruitment and Marketing/Communication is essential, as is proficiency in the use of standard IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
A self-starter by nature, you will be highly conscientious in your approach, as well as displaying team spirit, a quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
Flexibility is considered equally important, together with the ability to prioritize and the capacity to allocate your working hours as efficiently as possible
A genuine interest for communication and knowledge of main Social Media Channels (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) as a private user and preferably from digital marketing perspective
An appetite for data collection and analysis, strong communication skills
Photoshop knowledge is an asset
Candidates will currently be in the midst of completing their degree studies in Business Administration, Communication studies or Human Resources – or may have already graduated
Strong and mature command of German and English, both written and spoken
