The Business Manager at KLANIK aims to support the development and sustainability of the Business Unit in which they operate through:
* Defining an appropriate commercial strategy
* Smart prospecting: identifying the client's decision‑making process, contacting the right person, scheduling as many meetings as possible with minimal resources (a phone and common sense!)
* Converting prospects into clients : being able to qualify and challenge the needs, propose an optimal solution in a short timeframe, negotiate, and ensure the project starts under the best conditions
* Recruiting and managing a team of 10 to 15 full‑time engineer talents to carry out these projects
* Detecting new business opportunities by maintaining a strong field presence with clients and engineering consultants
Business Manager Challenges

* Implementing a commercial development and deployment strategy
Required Profile
* You hold a Master’s degree from a recognized business school or university
* You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position
* You already have experience in an IT services company (ESN) on the Geneva market
* You have excellent interpersonal skills
