As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding Uber Eats' presence by forging strong partnerships with restaurants in your territory. * Represent Uber Eats with clarity and enthusiasm to restaurant owners, highlighting our services, values, and product offerings to inspire partnership.
* Develop and apply strategic prospecting techniques to build a robust pipeline of potential partners.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber Eats and our latest innovations.
* Collaborate with Operations and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and activation experience for new partners.
* Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Uber Eats' mission and culture.
* Proactively engage with prospects through diverse channels-calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely, informative, and personalized output to restaurants proactively seeking to work with Uber Eats.
* Facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding for new restaurant partners, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently
* Contribute to the expansion of restaurants across the German-speaking territory in Switzerland
* Basic Qualifications -
* Work authorization in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided)
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proven ability to sell, persuade, and negotiate with confidence
* Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings
* Comfortable using phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to drive engagement
* Genuine passion for food, technology, and Uber Eats' mission
* Preferred Qualifications -
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
* Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
* Understanding of the Swiss restaurant and food delivery market
* Additional language proficiency (e.g., Italian)
* Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
