Overview
Targeted for a professional seeking a Senior Product Manager position. You will be responsible for a specific product/portfolio area within the Direct Fab/Portfolio team, owning the end-to-end product life cycle from definition through launch.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect VOC and analyze product data and feedback to support recommendations for improvements and drive implementation of changes.
* Represent the needs of the geography in which you are located and be a key partner to commercial and marketing teams on portfolio, adoption and lifecycle.
* Partner with the Channel teams to synthesize customer issues and barriers to adoption/utilization.
* Translate channel needs into user needs, product design input requirements, and validation acceptance criteria.
* Drive and support requirements documentation and migration to the Aligned Elements Requirements Tool; work with technical teams to confirm business requirements are traced through to the component level.
* Measure product performance (KPIs) to define additional actions needed to improve utilization/adoption.
* Develop supporting tools and materials to drive product adoption/utilization.
* Work closely with channel teams to develop go‑to‑market models.
* Develop deep expertise in internal tools to monitor, troubleshoot, and solve customer problems and workflow challenges.
* Drive early feasibility studies, technical design assessments, and limited market release prior to full general availability.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including regulatory, clinical, finance, and operations to support product needs.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Other duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, biology, or related field required.
* 6–10 years of product management experience or equivalent.
* Excellent, articulate, and concise communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively and engage professionally with customers.
* Self‑starter with ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
* Familiarity with modern product management tools (e.g., Pendo) and an AI‑first mindset.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 20%).
* Passionate about digital dental healthcare and a strong customer focus.
* A basic understanding of technology, software development, or other relevant technical aspects.
