Responsibilities
1. Product ownership within Scrum/Kanban frameworks in SAFe
2. Mechanical or electronics development
3. Technical documentation
4. Integration testing and issue analyses in interdisciplinary teams
Profile
5. A degree in a related field, Fachhochschule is a minimum requirement
6. Hands-on hardware development and experience in cross-functional teams (firmware/software/mechanical & electrical engineering)
7. Good social skills to work in a small, interdisciplinary team
8. Mechanical/electronics design tool skills
9. Fluent in English and German
10. Advantageous: experience in Product development management / product ownership, PCB schematics design or mechanical design
11. Advantageous: Siemens Xpedition/Solidworks/Catia/Azure DevOps
12. Advantageous: experience in motor control applications and instrument workflows
13. Advantageous: SAFe framework
