For our client, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to ensure proper medical device classification and address compliance areas such as KYC, export classifications, and export screening.
Key Responsibilities:
* Medical device classification and regulatory differentiation
* Compliance: Know Your Customer (KYC), export classifications, export screening
* Provide legal advice regarding Daily Business
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in an international environment
* Expertise in healthcare/biotech is essential
* Compliance knowledge is an advantage
* Fluent in English, German is an advantage
