As a Sr. Account Manager Greenfield Enterprise, you will help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology by driving revenue, adoption, and market saturation in high-growth potential accounts.
Key job responsibilities
* Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
* Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
* Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan
* Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
* Accelerate customer adoption
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline
* Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
* Manage contract negotiations
* Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
* Ensure customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience as a quota-carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional
* Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies
* Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and other lines of business
* Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for enterprise customers
* Demonstrated success in bringing new customers on board
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical or educational background in engineering or computer science
* Experience selling cloud solutions
* Cross-functional selling experience with roles such as Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV
* Preferred languages: bilingual proficiency in German and/or French
