PAritec New Materials AG is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support the finance function at headquarters and across selected subsidiaries. The role is designed for a senior accounting professional seeking a flexible workload of 10%–30%, with home office possible, but physical presence in the office required once or twice per month. /p h2Tasks /h2 p• Review AR/AP with the accountants of our subsidiaries on a weekly basis. /p p• Support preparation and follow-up of Swiss VAT declarations on a quarterly basis. /p p• Support HQ expense accounting and related reviews. /p p• Support periodic PL review and financial analysis. /p p• Support selected German VAT declarations. /p p• Support with yearly book closing activities Swiss tax declaration processes. /p p• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed. /p h2Requirements /h2 p• strongSwiss accounting experience is absolutely required. /strong strongApplications without Swiss accounting experience will not be considered. /strong /p p• Ideally more than 10 years of professional accounting experience. /p p• Strong hands-on knowledge of Swiss accounting principles and practical finance processes. /p p• Solid experience with Swiss VAT declarations and compliance requirements. /p p• Experience supporting annual closing, tax declaration processes, and management reporting. /p p• Experience working with international entities or subsidiaries is an advantage. /p p• Experience with German VAT matters is a plus. /p p• Structured, reliable, and able to work independently. /p p• Good communication skills in an international business environment. /pbrpAritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company that develops, designs, manufactures and refines synthetic fibers for industrial applications. /p pOur technologies and products can be used for a large range of industrial applications, where they replace steel wire ropes.
