Last but not least, we actively involve those at the heart of the change process through a practice we call collaborative consulting.We are rapidly expanding our life sciences industry team and are excited to welcome experienced talents eager to advance their careers in management consulting.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs part of our life sciences industry team, you will:Work directly with clients and colleagues to plan and execute projectsPrepare proposals and develop the life sciences consulting businessBuild and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levelsExecute projects independently and as part of a team, occasionally acting as project leadOrganise, structure, and conduct analysesPrepare and facilitate workshopsCreate and deliver presentationsWe Are Looking For Someone With:4-8 years of relevant consulting experience in operations within the life sciences industryPrevious experience as a line manager in a GMP environment or as an internal consultant working with operational excellence in the life sciences sectorA master's degree from a leading universityStrong analytical skills and emotional intelligenceStrong implementation skillsExcellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluency in both written and spoken German (C1) and EnglishWillingness to travelA bold and innovative mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quoWe expect you to be flexible and cooperative, and comfortable working independently in a constantly changing environment.
