About Our Client International Company based in Lausanne.
Job Description Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, performer, music, and content clearance contracts.
Advise on IP matters concerning content production, distribution, and commercialization across various platforms.
Ensure compliance with IP laws and contractual obligations while balancing legal risks with business objectives.
Provide legal guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, including event organizers and rights holders.
Contribute to the development of policies and best practices related to IP and content rights management.
The Successful Applicant A qualified lawyer with a Master's degree or LL.M in Intellectual Property Law .
Fluent in Mandarin (essential) and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
7+ years of experience in IP law within the content, media, entertainment, or event production industries (either in-house or at a law firm).
Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting complex IP agreements.
Strong ability to work across diverse legal and business environments.
