About the role
Adecco is looking for a qualified HR Manager to join their team. The responsibilities include:
* Managing the entire personnel administration from onboarding to exit
* Recruiting new employees in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager
* Managing time and absence records
* Handling payroll accounting
* Supporting employees from hiring to departure
* Participating in various HR projects
* Advising staff and managers on HR-related topics
Candidate profile
* Commercial basic training
* Further education in Human Resources
* Solid professional experience in HR
* Knowledge of Swiss employment and social security law
* Languages: Fluent German (C2), very good English (B2/C1)
* IT skills: MS Office, Abacus (advantageous)
* Personal qualities: independent, reliable, solution-oriented, communicative, empathetic
