We're looking for a
Front Office Assistant
to:
* Join the project taskforce focused on risk-related activities, ensuring compliance following the migration of client accounts and data.
* Analyze remediation items and perform manual clean-up to minimize client outreach.
* Prepare documentation and support client communication activities.
* Provide practical support and guidance to Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, and other internal teams.
Your Team
You'll be part of the
FSO Remediation Support team within GWM
. The team specializes in reviewing client documentation and improving data quality for both legal entities and private individuals, ensuring compliance and accuracy post-client migration.
Your Profile
* 1–2 years of banking experience.
* Background in a supporting role or client documentation function.
* Customer-oriented mindset with a pragmatic, positive approach.
* Ability to work under pressure with flexibility and a high sense of responsibility.
* Strong attention to detail and structured working style to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Problem-solving and facilitation skills, with knowledge of CDB and tax requirements.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
