As the Communication Lead for Toloka, you will be the voice of our brand across various social platforms, fostering interactive communities and developing strong relationships with our audience. Your role will involve addressing issues, enhancing brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments effectively.
* Train and manage communication specialists.
* Create engaging content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager, aligning with our brand's voice and goals.
* Analyze engagement data, identify trends, and propose action plans to boost brand presence and community satisfaction.
* Collaborate with support, marketing, and product development teams to relay community feedback and ensure brand consistency.
* Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* Stay updated with digital technology trends and develop community engagement tactics.

Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to personalize interactions across diverse platforms.
* Fluency in English and Russian (speaking, reading, writing).
* Experience using analytics tools to monitor social media outlets and make improvements accordingly.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable engagement tactics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
