For our client, a global pharma company located near Lucerne, we are looking for a motivated team player as:
Label Design Specialist
The Label Design Specialist will work with a medium-sized team of 8 colleagues at the location (no home office). The specialist in this role, within Global Clinical Supplies, will report directly to the Manager Planning and Scheduling. Their primary responsibility is to design clinical labels using label print software (CSLS).
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Propose label sizes and study designs based on country-specific label text.
2. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for questions regarding clinical labels from other teams.
3. Coordinate and advise the Operations Planner on label strategy for clinical packaging jobs.
4. Review country-specific label text for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
5. Handle randomization schedules for clinical studies.
6. Review and release label batch record documents.
7. Ensure activities are completed within timelines, escalating issues as needed.
8. Design clinical labels for primary and secondary packaging.
9. Work according to GMP standards and internal guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
1. Completed apprenticeship in Laboratory, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or similar.
2. Experience in clinical supplies packaging and labeling preferred.
3. Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality procedures, and SOPs.
4. German at B2/C1 level required; English skills are a plus.
5. Structured and proactive work approach.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
7. Diligent, detail-oriented, with a focus on quality.
8. Flexible and team-oriented attitude.
