We consider financial, technological and business-relevant risks to ensure the long-term success of the company.While working in the Strategic & Operational Risk area, you will support our clients in the strategic development, optimization and implementation of IT security and security technologies. In addition, you will advise organizations on how to effectively mitigate financial and non-financial risks and make informed and intelligent risk decisions based on data and analytics to maximize opportunities How you can make an impact:
1. You are actively driving digitalization forward by introducing new technologies, you will support the top management of international and national companies across all industries in digitizing their business processes
2. You create the connection between business and technology by understanding the technical requirements of the customers and linking them with technological solutions
3. You take responsibility for cloud and big data solutions (e.g. Palantir Foundry, AWS, Azure) from requirements analysis to implementation in various business areas and countries
4. You analyse processes and help to improve them by accompanying our customers in the strategic conception and technical implementation of compliance, risk and governance processes and help to mitigate external and internal risks
5. You are part of a strong team within a dynamic environment where you will continuously develop our topics in close cooperation with experienced experts
Who we are looking for:
6. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
7. Experience and knowledge in driving technical data teams and hands-on experience in data solutions as well as driving these initiatives, Experience with solutions such as Azure, AWS or Palantir Foundry would be advantageous
8. Experience with at least one of the main programming languages (e.g. Python/PySpark, SQL, TensorFlow, R, Java or Scala)
9. Experience with AI & Data Governance and the inherent risks of artificial intelligence. Familiarity with the AI regulations would be advantageous, and you should be willing to take ownership and drive topics to help the team grow further
10. You are fluent in English, fluency in German would be advantageous
