Digital Designer (Brand & Marketing) Full-Time | Remote
At Appfigures, we build tools that help hundreds of thousands of app makers, marketers, and analysts turn data into action. Design plays a big role in that. We believe clear, thoughtful design makes complex information easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to act on. We take the time to get the details right, ship work we're proud of, and build software that's meant to last.
We're looking for a Digital Designer to shape how Appfigures shows up across our marketing channels. This is a hands-on role for a junior-mid designer who values clarity, consistency, and quality.
What You'll Do
1. Design, build, and maintain marketing pages, creating new landing pages, refreshing existing content, and implementing work in Webflow.
2. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business to take ideas from concept to launch.
3. Support seasonal campaigns with visual work across the marketing site, email, and social.
4. Redesign and maintain our newsletter and email templates, keeping them clear, readable, and consistent.
5. Create social media graphics for announcements, promotions, and events.
6. Design YouTube visuals, including thumbnails and title screens.
7. Support internal design needs across company announcements, events, internal communications, and occasional print materials.
8. Maintain brand and visual consistency across all marketing and internal surfaces.
9. Own visual design for reports and launches, including covers, content refinement, landing pages, announcement graphics, and related site updates.
Who You Are
10. You're highly comfortable working in Figma and Webflow as core tools.
11. You've worked with (or are comfortable picking up) tools like Infogram and Notion as part of your day-to-day workflow.
12. You have a portfolio with at least 2-3 comprehensive projects that show your thinking, execution, and finished work.
13. You've worked as part of a team, collaborating with designers, marketers, or product partners.
14. You design with intent, make decisions confidently, and can explain why you made them.
15. You're fluent designing for web, email, and marketing surfaces, and understand their constraints.
16. You care about clarity, consistency, and details and notice when something feels off.
17. You're organized, communicate clearly, and work well in a small, low-process team.
What Success Looks Like
18. 30 Days: You've shipped your first design project and understand how we plan, review, and ship our work.
19. 60 Days: You're owning design execution for campaigns, pages, or report visuals and collaborating across teams.
20. 90 Days: You're improving our visual systems, identifying gaps, and helping raise the overall quality and consistency of our brand output.
