Position
As a Quality Inspector - External Cell you will:
Job Responsibilities
* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on various engine parts and components
* Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations as well as internal safety and quality standards
* Prepare and review work documentation for internal and external overhaul activities
* Clarify technical deviations from manufacturer specifications in collaboration with Technical Support
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of processes
* Actively apply Lean methods (e.g., Lean events, 5S)
* Conduct internal audits to support the continuous improvement of quality and infrastructure
Qualifications
* Completed technical vocational training (e.g., polymechanic, automotive mechanic, mechanical technician, or equivalent)
* Precise, independent, and quality-driven working style
* Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
* High sense of responsibility for safety, quality, and performance
* Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a two-shift system
* Good IT skills (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
* Good English skills required; German is an advantage
