Your Responsibilities
You collaboratively support the Managing Director in implementing and driving business strategies
You coordinate across departments and external partners to ensure aligned and effective execution of initiatives
You manage and support projects with internal and external stakeholders, including coordination, progress tracking, and reporting
You create reports and business presentations for leadership, board, and client meetings
You participate in board and management meetings, contributing to agenda planning, follow-up, and documentation
You draft relevant documents and manage the Managing Director’s inbox and agenda—prioritizing, organizing, and preparing meetings with relevant materials
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Project Management or a related field
You have initial relevant work experience and a strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in an international, fast-paced business environment
You differentiate yourself through your positive, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
You are well-organized and detail-focused, with excellent communication and writing skills
Given your involvement in numerous management meetings, it is imperative to possess a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and you enjoy creating compelling presentations. You also adapt quickly to new tools and systems
You are fluent in English and either French or German, with demonstrated intercultural competence
