We are looking for a driven and analytical M&A Manager / Senior Associate to join our M&A team at medmix. In this impactful role, you will support and lead end-to-end M&A projects, playing a key part in shaping the company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of M&A, you will work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Tasks
* Lead and manage M&A projects from deal sourcing to execution and post-deal integration, with increasing levels of independence
* Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence across a wide range of industries and geographies
* Support strategic assessments, target screenings, and development of acquisition pipelines in alignment with business unit priorities
* Coordinate cross-functional due diligence processes involving finance, legal, operations, and HR
* Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations, and internal approval documents
* Engage with external advisors (investment banks, consultants, legal counsel) and support negotiations
* Track and analyze key market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
* Support post-merger integration efforts and value realization initiatives
* Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge building within the M&A team
Qualifications
Education
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
* MBA or CFA is a plus
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Experience
* 4 to 8 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting
* Proven track record of executing M&A deals, including due diligence, valuation, and stakeholder management
* Experience in industrial, healthcare, or Medtech sectors is an advantage

* Strong financial and strategic analysis skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
* Independent thinker with a proactive and hands-on attitude
* High attention to detail and analytical rigor
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills; experience working in an international environment
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial databases and M&A tools is a plus
