We are offering a new position as Watchmaker at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as of February 1st or per agreement.
Tasks
Your mission:
* T2 Work – Assembly of the watch head
* T3 Work – Assembly of the bracelet
* Perform intermediate quality checks: visual inspection, alignment, cleanliness, and finishing
* Handle components carefully, following cleanliness standards
* Use basic watchmaking tools: hand-setting tools, presses, inspection devices
* Conduct basic functionality tests: timekeeping, setting time and date, basic functions
* Report defects and track production progress
Requirements
Your skills:
* Professional experience in a similar role
* Solution-oriented, independent, and highly precise in your work
* Resilient, maintaining an overview even in busy situations
* Very good knowledge of German or French
* Passion for your profession, flexibility and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to contribute to a growing company with a "builder" mindset
