About the Role We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead who will drive the global strategy and execution for a line of RFID-based semiconductor products. This role bridges technology, marketing, and business development, translating technical innovation into clear market impact.
You’ll define how products are positioned, brought to market, and supported throughout their lifecycle. The right person thrives at the intersection of technology and storytelling, with a strong grasp of how RFID technologies connect hardware, software, and end-user solutions.
Success will be measured by growth in product revenue, adoption, and market influence across priority RFID applications.
What You’ll Do 1. Market Insight & Opportunity Development Analyse industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
Define target segments, buyer profiles, and value propositions that differentiate products in the RFID ecosystem.
Anticipate shifts in demand across industries such as logistics, retail, healthcare, and automotive.
2. Product Evolution & Portfolio Planning Collaborate closely with engineering and sales to define product requirements aligned with market demand.
Guide roadmap prioritisation, pricing, and lifecycle management from concept to phase out.
Ensure comprehensive product packages are available, technical documentation, marketing content, and sales tools.
3. Launch & Market Activation Design and manage go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.
Create compelling assets including sales presentations, application notes, and customer success stories.
Track and report launch metrics to evaluate adoption, pipeline growth, and commercial success.
4. Sales Enablement & Partner Collaboration Equip sales and distribution partners with clear messaging, training, and competitive insights.
Support customer meetings and proposal efforts as the product marketing point of contact.
Foster relationships with strategic partners, integrators, and key accounts to strengthen ecosystem engagement.
Represent the organization at trade events, conferences, and online forums as a category expert.
Your Profile Independent, resourceful, and results-oriented professional with a hands on mindset.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in product or technical marketing within the semiconductor or connected device sector.
Solid understanding of RFID systems (tags, readers, communication protocols such as EPC Gen2, NFC, etc.).
Skilled at translating technical concepts into value-focused messaging.
Familiar with B2B technology sales cycles and semiconductor development processes.
Comfortable traveling internationally (up to 20%).
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
