Through targeted strategy development and execution, this position significantly contributes to operational efficiency and the enhancement of corporate value. /p pbr/bYour responsibilities /b /p liDevelop and execute global category strategies for Professional Services, Travel, and IT aligned with business and digitalization goals /li liAct as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders and C-level executives to align business and procurement expectations /li liFacilitate critical decisions on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and investment business cases /li liLead end-to-end RFx processes and tenders for services, projects, and framework agreements /li liNegotiate commercial models, prices, and contracts for strategic suppliers /li liDrive targeted cost reduction, cost avoidance, and value-generation initiatives /li liEstablish, manage, and continuously optimize preferred supplier panels and frame contracts /li liEnforce demand discipline, spend transparency, and strict procurement policy compliance /li pbr/bOur requirements /b /p liProven track record in Professional Services and/or IT procurement within an international environment /li liStrong track record in managing senior stakeholders and executive level interactions /li liMaster’s degree in Procurement Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field ( Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Management Information Systems) or equal to at least 10 years of experience in global procurement /li liHigh level of commercial acumen, analytical capability, and structured execution mindset /li liDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-saving initiatives, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability /li liAbility to analyze market data and trends to optimize strategies /li liStrong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contract negotiations /li liProject management skills to support procurement initiatives /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills in English required, proficiency in German is a strong plus /li pReady to start?
