About The Job
We are currently seeking a Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to support and help maintain our safety program. Responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, supporting planning efforts, monitoring compliance, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and helping investigate health and safety incidents. The role will also provide administrative support for personal health and safety awareness training, maintain corporate health and safety standards, and assist with policy updates.
This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate's location and the needs of the organization.
Responsibilities
* As our Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Integral's health and safety program. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the rollout and communication of health and safety policies and procedures across the company
* Helping maintain and update safety documentation, including program plans, policies, and standard operating procedures
* Coordinating scheduling for safety committee meetings, training sessions, and orientations
* Supporting the development and review of project-specific health and safety plans and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) forms
* Tracking and organizing health and safety training records for field staff
* Assisting with the inventory and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) based on approved guidelines
* Helping compile and organize occupational illness and accident data for reporting purposes
* Maintaining client-specific health and safety compliance documentation and assisting with submissions to platforms such as ISNetworld and Avetta
* Responding to requests for health and safety information from clients and subcontractors
* Collaborating with office managers to support safe work environments and emergency preparedness plans
* Providing administrative support for audits and inspections, including scheduling and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in health and safety or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a health and safety role
* Familiarity with OSHA regulations and general safety standards
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with online compliance platforms
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support company-wide safety initiatives
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Practical problem-solving skills for reducing health and safety risk
* A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Capacity for frequent U.S. travel, with intensity fluctuating throughout the year based on audit and oversight demands.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal equity, within the listed range. An employee's total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance, paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (10 days), paid holidays (9 days) per year, and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.

Salary Description
$80,000–$100,000
