Your Tasks
* Work with cross-functional teams including suppliers to design, certify and bring to the market product enhancements and options for the PC-12& PC-24
* Identify product opportunities and recommend projects
* Distinct leadership skills supporting lateral management and active deputy function for the Director of Product Management
* Lead market analysis and competitive benchmarking to define and maintain product strategy and roadmaps
* Manage baseline aircraft and options definition and oversee pricing strategy with margin optimization
* Coordinate engineering inputs and project budgets, as well as collecting inputs and ideas supporting innovation and preliminary project investigations (PPI)
With this you convince us
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Aviation
* Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or program leadership
* Good understanding of the Business Aviation market
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, good negotiation skills
* Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
