Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain SAP landscapes, including S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Solution Manager.
* Conduct installations, upgrades, patches, and migrations across on-premise and cloud environments (Azure).
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement tuning measures to ensure stability.
* Support disaster recovery plans and backup procedures for SAP environments.
* Collaborate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams for ongoing system improvements and new deployments.
* Interpret and respond to detailed business requirements to align IT capabilities with organizational needs.
* Coordinate upgrade activities and project planning.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying and executing system optimizations and automation.
* Document technical configurations and processes thoroughly.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and internal policies.
* Scout new technologies, run proof of concepts, and liaise with vendors to define SAP infrastructure standards.
* Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
