The Opportunity
Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through smart, scalable tools? We are looking for a Project Database Tool (PDB-Tool) Product Owner to lead the evolution of our internal project database solution. In this role, combining product ownership with technical leadership and active software development responsibilities, you will shape the tool’s architecture and roadmap, ensuring it remains efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business goals. How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Drive strategic tool development by defining and maintaining the PDB-Tool’s architecture and roadmap in alignment with the broader solution owner strategy
2. Ensure technical excellence by overseeing code quality through reviews, testing, and performance monitoring
3. Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery based on user needs and business direction
4. Implement scalable and adaptable solutions that meet evolving company requirements
5. Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve usability and functionality
6. Facilitate communication between users and developers to ensure transparency and alignment
7. Provide last-level support, maintain comprehensive documentation, and deliver training and release notes to empower users
Your Background
8. Proficient in C# and Windows application development using WPF
9. Solid understanding of software architecture, code review processes, and quality assurance practices
10. Strong experience in SQL database design, optimization, and integration
11. Familiar with secure coding standards and industry best practices
12. Skilled in task prioritization, user engagement, training delivery, and clear documentation
13. Demonstrated ability to lead development teams and provide technical guidance
14. A proactive thinker with a passion for innovation and ongoing improvement
