Ph3Overview /h3pThe Key Account Marketplace Manager (Amazon and North America) drives profitable brand growth on Amazon as both Vendor (1P) and Marketplace Seller (3P), while shaping marketplace strategy in North America. This role manages commercial performance, supports Amazon PL, and ensures operational excellence, brand consistency, and sustained growth through coordination with Amazon, Marketplace NA, partners, and internal teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibPL and Business Management /b – Oversee and take responsibility for the Amazon-related profit and loss, ensuring sales, margin, and profitability goals are met /lili— Play a role in developing and implementing both annual and quarterly business strategies across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) /lili— Initiate and deliver growth projects by leveraging pricing tactics, promotional activities, retail programs, advertising, and assortment management /lili— Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms /lili— Supervise and coordinate external agencies or service providers for Amazon and NA Marketplace when required, ensuring their efforts align with key business objectives /li /ulullibAmazon Vendor Seller Operations Management /b – Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon/NA Marketplace Seller Central accounts /lili— Monitor account health, compliance and operational KPIs to ensure continuity of business /lili— Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support accurate demand planning and execution /li /ulullibMerchandising and Marketing Management /b – Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Merchandising teams /lili— Manage and optimize content, including product detail pages, brand store, A+ content and visual assets /lili— Plan and execute key commercial events such as Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Week /lili— Support and manage Amazon Advertising activities (Sponsored Ads, DSP if applicable) to maximize visibility and ROAS /li /ulullibReporting and Analytics /b – Overview performance through analytics and internal reporting tools /lili— Track and analyze key KPIs including revenue, contribution margin, traffic, conversion rate and buy box performance /lili— Identify insights and opportunities to improve performance and support data-driven decision making /li /ulullibAdditional Responsibilities /b – Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned in line with business needs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliRelevant experience of more than 7/8 years in the field /liliPrevious experience in ecommerce roles with direct involvement in Amazon marketplace management (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) /liliStrong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising and performance drivers /liliSolid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and KPIs /liliExpertise working with Excel for Data Analysis /liliStrong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skills /liliExperience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams /liliGood organizational and project management skills /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /liliFluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliBalance between work and personal life: Smart Working (Hybrid work model) and Time flexibility /liliAn International, fresh and dynamic working environment /liliPhysical Mental Health programs, sustainable projects and workshop promoted by Guess Community /liliArts, sports and social events outside the office, thanks to our Guess Fun activities! /liliTraining Development platform and paths /liliDiscount on our products both online and in stores /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
