Vocational Trainer – Mechanical Design (Mobile Hydraulics)
Stabilization and modernization of the mechanical design apprenticeship program. Within the first 12 months, the candidate must assume full responsibility for the apprentices, secure recruitment for the following year, and simultaneously contribute as a full‑fledged member of the engineering team on client projects.
Must‑Haves
Education : Completed vocational apprenticeship as a Mechanical Designer EFZ (Konstrukteur EFZ).
Expertise : Proven experience in mechanical design (ideally in mobile hydraulics, mechanical engineering, or drive technology).
Pedagogy : Valid Vocational Trainer Certificate (40h course) OR the explicit willingness to complete it immediately.
Location : Residence within commuting distance of Frutigen or willingness to relocate (Bernese Oberland region).
Nice‑to‑Have
Further education as a Technician HF or Mechanical Engineering Degree FH.
Proficiency with specific CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
Experience in the recruitment of apprentices/trainees.
