We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to drive institutional sales in the DACH region for a rapidly growing European Fintech startup.
The company's AI product offering helps deliver cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions to streamline operations and drive innovation by enhancing client experience, data quality, automating routine tasks, aligning processes, and accessing internal documents in seconds.
The product is currently in production at leading European financial institutions, providing tremendous cost savings to these financial institutions.
Location: Zürich metropolitan areas. Other remote locations can be considered.
As an ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in selling to leading Tier 1 & 2 FSI/Insurance institutions in the DACH region, with a minimum of 7-10 years of selling experience in the financial market.
Key requirements include:
* Experience in selling to Hedge funds / Asset Managers
* Good understanding of banking processes, from Front to Middle and Back office
* Experience in selling technology platform solutions
* Passion for technology such as AI/ML
* MBA in Finance or equivalent
* Native Swiss German and other European languages a plus
* Excellent communication and teamwork with technical and non-technical colleagues
