Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving service sales, nurturing customer relationships, and maximizing account profitability.
About the Role:
* Drive service sales and expand existing client relationships.
* Nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for service-related needs.
* Identify and pursue sales opportunities within existing service contracts (upsell/cross-sell) and with new service clients to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translate client requirements into compelling, detailed proposals and service plans.
2. Communicate service recommendations clearly, articulating their value to ensure clients understand the benefits of their security systems.
3. Collaborate with service and project teams to align on client requirements and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electronic security products and solutions.
5. Conduct account reviews and potentially stock assessments to generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
