Purpose of the role: Actively contribute to the digital transformation of the municipality by placing people at the center of developments. Ensure the proper functioning of tools, support them in developing their skills, and participate in project management. Main tasks: Accelerate and extend processes; Develop and instill a digital culture within the organization; Plan, oversee, and document IT and telecom projects at the municipal level; Ensure support and accompaniment for users; Raise awareness of digital issues; Provide reliable and quality IT services, respecting data security requirements; Ensure the stability and availability of systems; Support the IT project manager in day-to-day management. Your profile: Higher education degree ES/HES or equivalent; Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role; Experience in IT project management; Strong security skills; Technical English, oral and written; Excellent interpersonal skills; Experience in public service; Talent for collaboration; Knowledge of IT solutions; Skills in problem-solving; Driving license.
