HR Business Partner 60-100% (m/f/d)
Strengthen our HR team in Niederbipp.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage HR administration from onboarding to off‑boarding.
* Act as a contact for managers and employees on HR topics.
* Coordinate workwear and ensure smooth supply processes.
* Handle absences in a structured manner and communicate with internal and external parties.
* Maintain and manage our time tracking system and ensure its correct application.
* Support or take responsibility for timely payroll processing with Abacus and social insurance administration.
* Create regular HR reports and support the preparation of HR key figures.
* Participate in HR topics and smaller projects, supporting implementation of HR initiatives.
* Provide all‑round support within the HR team, ensuring smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Commercial training with an HR specialist certificate.
* Several years of professional experience in operational HR – ideally in a generalist or strongly operational function.
* Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
* IT affinity – confidence with HR systems; experience with Abacus is an advantage.
* Structured and independent working style, reliably organized, and takes responsibility for own tasks.
* Organizational talent and resilience – can manage several parallel tasks and set sensible priorities.
* Service‑oriented personality – accessible and pragmatic contact person; solution‑oriented.
* Flexibility and practical approach – comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to pitch in.
* Very good German skills, spoken and written.
