We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a German Content Moderator, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat and email.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
* Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by representing a major brand.
* Build strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy at all times.
* Work towards achieving targets as set out by the client statement of work and internal targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Fluency in German.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
* Good computer knowledge and technical savviness.
