Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the Service Execution team to deliver top‑notch customer service and achieve outstanding results.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service execution.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and act promptly.
Promote a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaborate with customer service departments and our service partner to optimize processes and resolve customer issues promptly.
Empower team members through training, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant experience and proven performance in customer service or logistics role, ideally in a retail environment.
Proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong customer mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Passion for logistics and working in a fast‑paced and constantly changing omnichannel environment.
Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and late evenings.
Ability to communicate clearly in local language and in English with different people.
Team & Environment
We are responsible for ensuring IKEA products are available for customers through effective picking and logistical processes, balancing range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide high availability while minimizing costs.
