Your Role
As Project Manager (with focus on Sustainability Regulations) at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an experienced change manager who is keen to build on his/her competency in managing complex projects in the area of sustainability and provide end-to-end implementation of regulations such as SFDR 2.0 and CSRD for affected entities of the J. Safra Sarasin Group. While the initial focus will be on sustainability, a later diversification into other areas is possible.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of strategic sustainability regulatory projects, from conducting comprehensive gap analyses and designing robust solutions to driving group-wide implementation
Communication & Documentation: Articulate complex conceptual approaches and solution options to senior leadership; document critical decisions and outcomes with precision for audit and governance purposes
Requirements Engineering: Translate high-level regulatory mandates into detailed Business Requirement Documents, ensuring clear, actionable specifications for IT developers and business stakeholders
Implementation & Change Management: Orchestrate seamless rollout processes, including User Acceptance Testing and the delivery of targeted training programs to ensure organizational readiness
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central liaison across multiple jurisdictions, fostering close collaboration with IT, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Asset Management, and Private Banking units to align diverse interests and execute unified strategies
Your Profile
Higher education (university / FH) in Business / Finance
At least 5 years of practical experience in the field of Project Management in Swiss Private Banks or leading consultancy firm
Experience in implementing sustainability related regulations
Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
Capability to work independently
Fluency in English
