Techfirm Engineering is looking for a QA Data Governance Specialist ready to take on exciting challenges and contribute to the success of our client, a leading Life Sciences company based at the German-Swiss border.
Your Mission
As a QA Data Governance Specialist, you will support the data governance roadmap and act as Quality SME for Data Integrity (DI) topics. You will ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and internal policies, while facilitating continuous improvement across data governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the site Data Governance Roadmap in alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
Act as QA SME for Data Integrity, ensuring adherence to GxP and Data Governance principles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with laboratory, production, and engineering teams to drive DI compliance and best practices.
Deliver training (in German and English) on Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Monitor compliance, lead remediation activities, and investigate data integrity-related deviations or non-conformances.
Facilitate structured communication between teams, ensuring alignment, troubleshooting, and continuous process optimization.
Your Profile
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma, biotech, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity standards.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and good command of German (reading/writing essential; fluency not required).
