Account Manager - Patient Monitoring (French-speaking Switzerland) A global leader in healthcare technology is seeking an accomplished Account Manager to oversee its Patient Monitoring portfolio across the French-speaking region of Switzerland. This role sits at the heart of a major organisational transformation as the Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions divisions move toward operating as an independent entity, creating a rare opportunity to shape strategy, accelerate innovation, and amplify impact on patient care. Role Purpose The Account Manager will be responsible for driving commercial success, strengthening clinical partnerships, and championing advanced patient monitoring solutions within hospitals and healthcare systems. This individual will represent cutting-edge technology designed to elevate safety, efficiency, and care standards across the region. Key Responsibilities Market Acceleration: Increase market penetration by effectively positioning next-generation patient monitoring systems. Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trust-based partnerships with clinicians, procurement teams, and institutional stakeholders. Innovation Advocacy: Act as a credible ambassador for advanced healthcare technologies that improve clinical outcomes. Insight-Led Sales: Leverage market intelligence, data trends, and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies and secure new opportunities. Customer Engagement: Inspire confidence, communicate value, and equip customers with the knowledge to adopt innovative solutions. Required Skills & Experience Educational Background: Medical, medical-technical, or commercial training. Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, ideally within medical technology or a related healthcare environment. Languages: Fluent in French and English.
