Our client is a young and dynamic fiduciary firm based in the heart of Zurich, serving both national and international clients. Founded a few years ago, the firm has experienced strong and continuous growth.
Job Description
* Manage financial and payroll accounting for our clients
* Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
* Prepare tax returns for individuals and companies
* Communicate directly with clients and government authorities
* Support administrative tasks in the office and assist the project manager
The Successful Applicant
* Completed commercial training (KV) with further education in fiduciary/accounting an advantage
* Professional experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and preparing financial statements
* Knowledge of Bexio (preferred) and Abacus (advantage)
* Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
* Independent, reliable, and communicative personality with strong client orientation
* Fluent in English; good knowledge of German to communicate with third‑party institutions.
