The CRM Team is looking for a highly motivated:
CRM Animation & Activation Coordinator (M/W)
Contribute to enhance TAG Heuer’s client direct communication by defining and deploying a comprehensive sales-oriented animation plan. You will operate on all aspects of the client’s activation, coordinating with both business and IT teams to contribute to enhance client’s global experience with the Maison.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Work closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life while driving and measuring key business results
Drive both global and local communication initiatives to ensure visual guidelines and tone of voice are well respected and provide the related tracking and reporting
Drive the creative process and manage content, translations, creative layouts and testing
Coordinate the tasks of key stakeholders to ensure completion of campaigns
Manage the commercial pressure between HQ and local campaigns through planning and targeting
Provide activities reporting & analysis to key stakeholders
Contribute to team's global reporting
Ensure campaign set up consistency to support automated reporting in SFDC
AB testing strategy
Improve templating management of global and local communications
Define precise calendar for A/B testing
Coordinate with Retail / IT / Subsidiaries
Benchmark to improve design and strategy
Ensure detailed reporting and propose action plan accordingly
Journeys management
Define, realize and implement transactional emails and relational programs and dedicated emails
Design process flows
Lead emails content and coordinate with appropriate teams for assets
Provide IT Team with detailed specs and Setup guidelines to ensure 100% coverage of use cases
Prepare and execute Testing plan
Benchmark and assess results for continuous improvement
Provide with comprehensive reporting and consecutive action plan
Landing Pages strategy
Define strategy and types of landing pages for tagheuer.com
Lead content and coordinate with appropriate teams for assets
Provide IT Team with detailed specs and Setup guidelines to ensure 100% coverage of use cases
Prepare and execute Testing plan
Benchmark and assess results for continuous improvement
Provide with comprehensive reporting and consecutive action plan
Profil
You have a Degree (Business School, Engineering or University) with 3 years of experience managing multi-projects in a digital environment
You have very good knowledge of digital marketing channels and you have a strong interest in technical stakes of CRM
You have a strong expertise on Marketing Automation tools (Sales Force Marketing Cloud is a plus)
You have a strong expertise on Email Templating tools
You have already demonstrated the capability to deliver communications efficiency in terms of image and ROI
You are fluent in English and French and show easiness in written communications in both languages and pay attention to details in documents and communications
You have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and can interact smoothly with different departments and hierarchy levels
You are flexible, responsive to change and you work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
You are a team player, energetic and result oriented
