PCeleroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high-speed turbo compressors and drive systems using gas bearings for fuel cell applications. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry. /ppTo support our on-going growth, we are looking to strengthen our sales team.br/ppstrongYour Tasks /strong /pulliActive acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base /liliOwnership and development of customer relationships (OEMs Tier 1) as well as incoming inquiries /liliSales funnel management from leads to sales execution /liliPreparation of standard offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts /liliTechnical analysis of customer specific requirements and preparation of technical proposals with support from technical team /liliInvolvement and commercial coordination of product/customer turbo compressor development projects (including analysis of customer specifications, translation into product specifications and requirements, technical decisions, status and budget, product costing)br/liliDefinition of product pricing and cost calculationsbr/liliTechnical product management (datasheets, manuals, support on product specifications) /liliSupport on marketing, communication and tradeshow activitiesbr/liliSupport on definition of product roadmap and market/ customer analysesbr/liliSupport and contact person on various commercial or technical topics for project teambrbr/li /ulpstrongOur requirements /strong /pulliDegree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education, ideally additional commercial trainingbr/liliPrevious experience in sales for technical product within industrial or automotive sectorbr/liliKnowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plusbr/liliExperience in technical project management/development for industrial customersbr/liliStrong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality /liliStrong technical understanding and commercial mindsetbr/liliFluent in English and German (written and spoken), additional languages are a plusbr/liliWillingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshowsbr/li /ulA challenging position with a high degree of creative freedom and room for personal development is offered to a communicative, eager to learn and flexible personality.If you enjoy working in a team of specialists, appreciate a flat hierarchy and would like to help build an ambitious company in an industrial environment, we are looking forward to receive your complete application (CV, references and diplomas incl. grades).
