Lead Expeditor
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expeditor to support project procurement activities by ensuring timely delivery, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with suppliers and stakeholders. The role plays a key part in monitoring supplier performance and maintaining transparency across Capex projects.
Your Tasks:
Maintain and update material/package reporting systems in the Project Procurement Plan (Web PMP)
Monitor and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance for assigned packages in line with KPIs
Track and collect Supplier Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) and share them with stakeholders on time
Follow up with suppliers on delayed or missing reports
Coordinate expediting interventions with third parties when required
Prepare and share weekly expediting status and intervention plans
Support order management with processing expediting-related invoices
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for tracking performance and progress
Your Profile:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chain
Previous Capex or project environment experience preferred
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple packages/projects
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Fluent in English
Willingness to work both in office and on construction/project site
