Now, we need an exceptional (Senior) Sales Director in Switzerland to help us position Optiml as a leader in global real estate transformation.

We seek a (Senior) Sales Director in Switzerland to lead our market expansion and sales efforts.
Tasks
Key Objectives
Your core focus will be:
* Generate sales opportunities with high conversion potential by leveraging your senior network and creating new leads with Asset Managers, Investors, and Consultancies.
* Manage deals end-to-end—from initial contact, demos, proposals, to onboarding and expansion.
* Represent Optiml in Switzerland, increasing brand visibility among industry boards, associations, and networks.
* Provide strategic feedback to shape product features and go-to-market strategies.
* Identify local business development opportunities, drive execution, and own partnerships.
Your Responsibilities
You will act as the local commercial lead for Switzerland, combining market insight with execution:
* Open doors with existing contacts and create new ones with Asset Managers, Investors, and Consultancies.
* Execute and refine sales strategies from lead origination to onboarding and growth.
* Establish Optiml’s presence in key professional networks and events.
* Work closely with founders and product teams to adapt messaging and workflows.
* Support future hiring and help build a local sales team.
* Ensure client success post-sale to promote retention and expansion.
Requirements
Who You Are
A self-starter, strategic thinker, and execution powerhouse with a passion for AI, sustainability, and real estate innovation. You have senior stakeholder experience and a strong network.
You Have:
* 10+ years in senior roles like Head of Asset Management, ESG, or Principal at top-tier real estate firms.
* Deep understanding of Net Zero, ESG regulations, and Capex planning.
* Strong executive network with decision-makers in asset management and real estate investment.
* Active involvement in industry associations (e.g., ULI, RICS).
* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
* Fluent in stakeholder management across technical, financial, and sustainability topics.
* Background in business or finance, with startup experience preferred.
* EU or Swiss citizenship; language skills in EN, DE, FR.
