Junior Media Specialist 80-100% (m/w/d) Location: Lugano
An entry-level role supporting the planning, buying, launch, and performance tracking of advertising campaigns across channels including social, search, display, OOH, online banners, and print.
This role is designed for candidates who are motivated to grow within the Swiss media and advertising industry.
Your options with us
Support campaign setup, scheduling, and go-live across channels
Assist in managing media calendars, budgets, and insertion orders
Monitor campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure correct delivery
Support campaign optimization based on performance data and KPIs
Research target audiences, competitors, and media opportunities
These strengths you bring with you
Completed or ongoing education in marketing, business, media, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and structured working style
Analytical mindset with confidence working with data (Excel / Google Sheets)
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Genuine interest in digital advertising and performance marketing, with first exposure to tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), or presentation tools, or a strong motivation to deepen knowledge in these areas
Strong communication skills in English (C1 level required); German is a plus
