We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual as: Banquet Manager

Your role
* Planning, organizing, and executing banquets, group events, and F&B events - including follow-up
* Overall responsibility for the operational execution of all in-house events
* Coordinating and communicating all relevant information via BEOs and ensuring they are kept up to date
* Close coordination between service, kitchen, the event team, and other departments to ensure a smooth operation
* Ensuring a first-class guest experience before, during, and after events
* Professional handling of feedback and complaints, as well as forwarding them to the appropriate departments
* Leading, developing, and training the team in collaboration with F&B management
* Ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards, as well as continuously optimizing processes
Your profile
* Several years of experience in the F&B sector, ideally in the international luxury hotel industry and in banquet services
* Management experience in the 5-star hotel industry as well as strong operational skills
* Completed training in the hotel industry or a degree from a hotel management school
* Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and a good understanding of operational processes
* Confident, well-groomed demeanor combined with natural authority and a positive presence
* Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
* Experience with common systems such as Opera Cloud and MS Office, as well as professional handling of inquiries, reservations, and complaints
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, as well as basic knowledge of wine
