About Our Client
For our client, an international FMCG company, we are recruiting a dedicated Controller for their finance team in Zug. The company is known for its strong brands, consumer focus, and innovation. Job Description
* Prepare, analyse, and monitor monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards
* Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
* Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to support management decisions
* Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide financial guidance
* Support cost controlling, profitability checks, pricing calculations, and performance tracking
* Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
* Assist in internal and external audits as required
* Contribute to process improvements, automation projects, and digitalisation initiatives within the finance function
The Successful Applicant
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
* Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG or another fast-paced industry
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
