About The Role
Our client, a forward‑thinking financial services firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, is seeking a Financial Adviser to join their team. The role involves working with an international client base, providing expert guidance on wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy. Key Responsibilities
* Offer strategic financial advice and wealth management services to a global client base
* Establish and maintain enduring client relationships through dedicated account management
* Carry out comprehensive financial assessments and ongoing portfolio reviews
* Develop bespoke financial plans incorporating investment, pension, and protection strategies
* Advise on multinational financial planning, cross‑border investments, and asset structuring
* Handle UK pension transfer advice, QROPS arrangements, and international tax planning
* Ensure full compliance with all applicable financial regulations and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must hold UK‑recognised financial advisory qualifications (DipPFS, CISI Level 4, CFP or equivalent)
* Minimum 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience advising clients on financial matters
* In‑depth understanding of investment strategies, pension planning, and wealth management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client focus
* Prior experience working with expatriate or international clients is beneficial
* Dedicated to professional development and upholding regulatory requirements
* FINMA and ARIF registered advisor (mandatory)
Additional Requirements
* Native or bilingual international business standard English
* Fluency in French, German, Italian, and Portuguese advantageous
* Strong computer literacy; social media marketing skills preferred
* Collaborative, motivational attitude to integrate with sales teams in Geneva, Zurich, and Basel
