Job Description
We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the Microsoft MW Enterprise project. In this role, you will support enterprise and business customers by handling technical and account-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of customer experience.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensure accurate troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from French-speaking enterprise customers
Provide support for Microsoft products, services, and enterprise solutions
Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to specialized teams
Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
Follow company processes, SLAs, and quality standards
Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Fluent/Native French (C2)
Good English (B2 minimum)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Basic technical/IT knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on-site in Athens
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday
10:00 – 19:00
Office-based role in Tavros (Athens)
No remote or work-from-home option
Compensation & Benefits
€1,350 gross monthly salary
Performance bonus up to €500/month
30 working days per year
Flight ticket (within EU)
