Description
We are looking for a strategic leader to drive the harmonization of engineering processes across our global distribution transformers business.
The Opportunity
As Engineering Process Lead, you will play a key role in aligning how we design, build, and deliver transformers—from customer request to final delivery. You will work across the Global Product Group (GPG), Business Unit (BU), HUBs, and Transformer factories to unify fragmented engineering practices. This role is central to our transformation journey, helping us move from local, manual ways of working to a global, digital, and standardized approach. You will lead the development of end-to-end engineering processes, with a strong focus on PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), ERP integration, and digital tools, while collaborating with engineering, IT, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of engineering in a global organization and make a lasting impact on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

* Lead the design and rollout of global engineering processes
* Align local practices across factories into one unified approach
* Drive PLM strategy and implementation across product lines

* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure process adoption
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and standardization
Your background
* Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field
* 5–7 years of experience in engineering process or PLM management
* Deep understanding of transformer manufacturing workflows
* Experience with PLM systems (e.g. Windchill) and ERP (e.g. SAP)
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
