Our Finance & Services support unit has the mission to manage all financial, legal, and Group processes and to support Management in decision-making. In this context, and in order to occupy a key role, we are looking for our Morges site for a:Head of Management Control (100%)University degree, supplemented by a diploma as a finance and controlling expert or a title/experience deemed equivalent.10 years of experience in management control / corporate finance in a complex, industrial, or regulated environment (listed company and/or in the energy sector).Knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER accounting standards, SAP S/4, and mastery of corporate finance, performance management (including non-financial), and financial modeling.Confirmed management experience.Ability to simplify and influence decisions at the Management level.Strong sensitivity to sustainable development issues.Mastery of English (German, an asset).Manage and develop management control with a business partnering approach for Management, the boards of subsidiaries, and business lines.Manage and grow a team of approximately 10 people (coaching, skills development).Lead the budget process, rolling forecasts, and the medium/long-term plan, by company and segment.Guarantee the quality of analytical closings, KPIs, performance analyses, and forecasts.Produce value-added reporting for governance and external stakeholders and disseminate a financial culture within the Group.Participate in the financial steering of the Group and provide financial expertise for investment projects and new business models.Actively contribute to reflections related to the evolution of the energy market and sustainability.Represent the Group on boards and other committees of subsidiaries.BenefitsIn this team, your work is flexible: you will evolve in an environment favorable to sharing and collaboration in which you will be able to manage your missions autonomously.
