Chief Financial Officer - nonprofit Our client in a Geneva-based NGO. Description The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the following: * Define and steer the organisation's financial direction, ensuring consistency with long?term strategic priorities. * Supervise core financial activities, including reporting, control frameworks, compliance obligations, and external reviews. * Modernise financial operations through improved systems, digital tools, and enhanced processes. * Strengthen risk management practices and ensure robust governance across financial functions. * Manage finance team * Build constructive relationships with internal leaders, partners, and funding bodies on financial matters. * Provide senior leadership with clear financial insight to support decision?making.
